Co-founded in 2003 by co-CEOs Charlie Green and Olly Olsen, The Office Group (TOG) is a leading provider of design-led and flexible offices, meeting rooms and coworking spaces for start-ups, small businesses as well as larger, more established businesses.
TOG currently houses over 15,000 members across 33 buildings in London, Leeds and Bristol – 31 of which are in the nation’s capital.
Nine further buildings are currently in development.
Resident tenants include, but are not limited to, app creators and advertising agencies; makers and media companies, financiers and foodies; artists and architects; and a smorgasbord of start-ups, entrepreneurs and freelancers.
Founded on a vision to “create beautifully designed buildings with a wide variety of spaces”, and to “offer tenants progressive membership schemes and short-term leases to allow for growth and change”, each one of TOG’s building has its own unique identity, but all have an excellent range of facilities and vibrant communal areas to foster an open, collaborative working culture.
Sustainability is also a key component in the design process for each building, from the lighting to the loos.
Though all TOG spaces share the same ethos, each one of its buildings is different, and aims to include as many innovations and creative ideas as possible – as well as inspire green behaviour from staff and members alike.

Supa Campus
TOG has recently teamed up with Supa Network, founded by entrepreneur and youngest recipient of the Queens Awards for Enterprise promotion, Bejay Mulenga, to create the Supa Campus.
A 12-week business accelerator and boot camp programme, the Supa Campus offers entrepreneurs in residence aged 18-30 coworking office space, mentoring and support.
Specifically designed to help young start-ups as they progress from yearone to year two of business and support entrepreneurs to scale and sustain their business, each week of the programme focuses on a different business theme, with guest experts across the relevant industries providing advice and guidance on specific topics, including business development, investment, marketing, leadership and talent acquisition.
Supa Campus is based in TOG’s brand-new 90,000 sq ft coworking space at Tintagel House in Vauxhall.

Upon its launch, Mulenga commented:
“We developed the Supa Campus programme to support businesses through the challenging secondary stage of growth to ensure they not only start-up, but scale-up and we look forward to helping more entrepreneurs thrive in TOG’s inspiring new workspace at Tintagel House.”
Olly Olsen, co-CEO at TOG, said:
“Having taken an entrepreneurial approach from school and having the same focus and culture at TOG, this collaboration feels like an authentic and natural fit.
“I feel exceptionally privileged to be able to provide a platform and workspace for the next generation of inspiring business minds.
“What’s more, to do so with a team whose own growth has occurred within TOG walls, is a lovely progression of our relationship with Bejay and the Supa team.”
